My Story
The Journey That Led Me Here
Fifteen years ago, I hit a threshold of my own.
On paper, I was thriving—leading global teams, designing leadership programs, and working at the highest levels of business. But beneath the surface, something felt off. The more I achieved, the more I realized that true leadership isn’t just about success—it’s about alignment, presence, and accessing a deeper intelligence beyond strategy and logic.
That realization took me on a journey—exploring neuroscience, executive coaching, somatic and trauma-informed practices, and even expanded states of consciousness. What I found wasn’t just personal transformation, but a new way of seeing leadership itself.
Now, I help others navigate these same pivotal moments—supporting leaders, teams, and individuals in moving through uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and a deeper connection to what truly matters.

Beyond the Work
I call the San Francisco Bay Area home, where I live with my husband, Simone—an Apple engineer with strong Virgo energy—and our two beloved feline companions (Lux in Tenebris & Giovanni Giorgio), who keep us both entertained and endlessly fascinated by their mysterious ways.
My global journey has taken me from London to Germany, Switzerland, and beyond, shaping my love for different cultures, languages, and the interconnectedness of people and ideas. I’m a lifelong learner—whether it’s refining my Italian over coffee with my mother-in-law, geeking out on leadership psychology, or diving into the Gene Keys to explore the deeper layers of self-awareness.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me challenging myself in a spin or strength training class, hiking coastal trails, or cozying up with a detective series like Midsomer Murders—because even transformational guides need a good whodunit.
